Ramiro Leal, 40, passed on May 01, 2021. He was born to Ramiro Leal Sr. and Rosie Leal in Lubbock, Texas on January 23, 1981.
He married Tiffany Ruiz-Leal in 5 and they lived together in Hobbs, New Mexico. Together they raised 4 children Xavier Gutierrez , Ramiro Leal Jr., Armando Leal, Heather Leal. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren.
Ramiro graduated from Lubbock High School in 1999.
