Ralph Moseley, beloved husband, father, and hardworking member of the Norfolk community, passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 52 in Norfolk, Virginia, United States.

Born on February 2, 1972, to parents Ralph Rinehart and Carolyn Hughes, Ralph grew up in Norfolk and attended Norfolk Public School System, graduating from high school. He went on to work at 518 Auto Sales where he built a successful career.

In 2001, Ralph married the love of his life, Cathy Moseley, and together they raised four wonderful children: Laquan Dozier, Kendall Dozier, Dominique Daniels, and Derrika Daniels. Ralph was a devoted father, always putting his family first and providing for them in every way he could.

Ralph will be remembered for his kind heart, his strong work ethic, and his unwavering dedication to his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
