We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ralph Johnson, who was born on November 6, 1957, and peacefully left this world on March 4, 2025, in Baltimore City, Maryland. Ralph was the beloved son of Larry Sr. and Viola Johnson.

Ralph is survived by his loving daughter Batya Johnson and her partner Charles Carter. He’s also survived by his brother Larry Jr. and sister Marie. He was the proud grandfather to two grandchildren and uncle to a host of nieces and nephews.

Ralph attended Eastern Tech high school and graduated in 1975. He went on to serve in the Army, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant in the Squad unit, dedicating 23 years of his life to serving his country.

Aside from his military career, Ralph had a passion for bowling. He enjoyed spending time at the lanes, perfecting his game and competing with friends.

Ralph will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his country, and his hobbies. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
