Valrico, Florida has lost a beloved member of its community with the passing of Ralph Harper on December 1, 2024. Born on September 17, 1958, Ralph was known for his kind soul and generous spirit. He touched the lives of many with his warm smile and willingness to lend a helping hand. Ralph had a passion for the outdoors and could often be found enjoying nature and taking long walks around his neighborhood. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
