Rafael Montejano, a beloved member of the Turlock community, passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 37. Born on September 5, 1987, Rafael was known for his kind heart and infectious laughter. He had a passion for helping others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Rafael will be remembered for his warm smile and positive attitude that touched the lives of all who knew him.
