Mrs. Queene Esther Foreman Wiggins was born on May 7, 1938 to the late Raymond Tyson and Lucy Gae Forman of Green County, North Carolina she was raised by her loving Aunt Orger Lee &Uncle Jethro.
Mrs. Queene Esther Forman Wiggins received her formal education with the Green County School System in Green County, NC.
Savannah Free Will Baptist Church is where Mrs. Queene Wiggins accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was united with the church as a faithful member.
In 1955, Queene Forman entered into a loving Holy Matrimony with James Henry Wiggins. Their union was blessed with five children Doretha, Rosa, Rebecca, James Jr. & Gloria.
Mrs. Queene Wiggins was a dutiful employee of Pitt County Group Home as a house keeper for over fifteen years.
During her free time, Mrs. Queene Wiggins enjoyed reading her bible, listening to gospel music, cooking, church programs and solving word puzzles. She enjoyed having company and always had a warm smile and loving embrace for family, guests and new faces alike.
Mrs. Queene Wiggins was preceded in death by her loving husband, James H. Wiggins, and loyal son, James “Bookie” Wiggins Jr. Her mother, Lucy Gae, her father, Raymond Tyson, Aunt Orger Lee and Uncle Jethro, her grand daughter, Veronica and sister, Venda Forman.
Mrs. Queene Wiggins leaves to cherish her loving memory her children and their extended family, Doretha & Bobby Moore Sr, Rosa & Billy Moore, Rebecca & Elton Brown, and Gloria Hunter. Queene Wiggins will be affectionately remembered by her devoted grandchildren Bobby Jr. (Angie), Maurice, Quartina (Dontrez), ShaShonna, James Jr. (Melinda), Jamie, Kimberly, Brittany, Johnnie and her darling great grandchildren, Olivya, David, Isaiah and Damia, Jude, Chris, Shirley along with a dedicated host of nieces, nephews, friends, extensive family and neighbors.
