Visitation will be held at Powell Family Funeral Home in Flagstaff on September 19, 2019 at 3:00 – 6:00 pm.

Funeral service will be held at Powell Family Funeral Home on September 20, 2019 at 11:00 am with Reverend James Cooper of St. David’s Church officiating. Burial will follow at Desert Valley Cemetery. Powell Family Funeral Home are handling the funeral arrangements.

Phyllis was born in Flagstaff to Simon and Janice Williams on April 12, 1957. She went to high school at Flagstaff High School and graduated with honors. She went on to earn a degree in Commerce from Arizona State University. She owned and operated a spa and health club for 40+ years. She was a member of the Big Sisters of Flagstaff. She enjoyed movies, reading, board games and spending time with her family.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her late parents, Simon and Janice; three brothers Larry, Peter and Patrick Williams; and a sister Elizabeth Collins and one son Marquis Stokes and two grandchildren.
