Phyllis A. PaulsonBorn: July 21, 1937Died:December 2, 2016 Phyllis A. Paulson, 79, of Woodstock passed away peacefully on December 2, 2016 under the loving care of her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Phyllis will be greatly missed and fondly remembered. She was born on July 21, 1937 in Arkansas City, Arkansas to the late Loren and Doris (nee Dodson) Mickey. Phyllis married the late Ronald Paulson in California on October 20, 1954. They were married 49 years and together they raised five children. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and was at her finest when she was caring for family. She is survived by her children, Nanette Paulson, Mark (Tracey) Paulson, Michael (Kimberly) Paulson, Michelle (Michael) McCarron, Rhonda (Gregg) Stark; fourteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.Visitation will be Wednesday, December 7, from 10:00 am until the time of a memorial service at 12:00 noon at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake.
