It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phillip Rangel, who was born on August 23, 1965, in Lubbock, Texas, United States, to parents Domingo and Mary Rangel. Phillip peacefully passed away on December 13, 2021, surrounded by loved ones.

Phillip is survived by his partner Tammy Collazo, their two children Ashley Briana Cuñeo (spouse Anthony Cuñeo) and Phillip Justin Rangel, as well as two adored grandchildren Kaleb and Gianna Cuñeo.

Phillip was known for his love of detailing trucks and racing them. He was a devoted father, partner, and friend, always putting others before himself. Phillip loved being around his family and having cook outs. His presence wild be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Phillip Rangel's legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace.
