Phillip Capps, 36, of Morristown, Tennessee, passed on September 27, 2023. Phillip was born on May 21, 1987 in Bristol Tennessee to the late Susan Capps Graham. He was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents Jimmy Allen Capps Sr and Rebecca Ann Capps. Also preceded in death was his dear mother Susan Capps Graham.
