Peter Sobles, age 67, of Syracuse , passed away peacefully on October, 11th after a brief illness. Born on August 25 1957, Peter was a dedicated father, loving husband, and dear friend to many. He is survived by his three children, Mark, Robert and Robin, who were the light of his life.
Peter was a man of many passions. In his younger years, he was an avid fisherman, spending countless weekends on the lake, enjoying the peace of nature. He was also a talented woodworker, known for crafting beautiful furniture pieces for family and friends. In recent years, Peter took up photography, capturing the beauty of the outdoors and the precious moments spent with his loved ones.
A celebration of Peter’s life will be held on October 18th, at 5pm at St , Saint Lucy Catholic Church . Family and friends are invited to attend, share stories, and honor his memory.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Peter’s name to Catholic Charities.
