It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Payton Moore, at the young age of 17. Payton was a resident of Duluth, Minnesota, and was born on March 9, 1984. Payton had a kind and gentle spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Their infectious smile and warm personality touched the lives of all who knew them. Unfortunately, their life was tragically cut short on September 11, 2001. Payton will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing them. May they rest in peace.
