PAULINE ERNST, 94, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 27, 2017. Polly was born on November 5, 1922 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She is survived by daughters, Ronnie F. Moore, Beverly G. Ernst, and daughter-at-heart, Janie S. McNally, grandchildren, Michelle Ferrado (Joe), Ronnie Ramirez, Terri Ramirez, Rick Ramirez (Dian), Paul Moore, Debbi Moore (Vince), Adrianne Guarino (Carmine), Sandi Ramirez, and Bobbi Moore, 17 great grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Charles J. Ernst, her parents Daughery and Lillie Autry, brothers and sisters, Hubert, Richard, Beaulah, Raymond, Lewis, Alma, Thelma, Billie, Clayton and Dayton, son-in-law, Roger L. Moore, granddaughter, Renee Hinman and great-great granddaughter Sidney Drew. Past member of the Del Norte Lions Club where she served as Social Director for many years and of the Women's Guild of St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Her most cherished moments were spent being wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was the Matriarch of the family and will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veteran's Home and Hospice El Paso for the devoted care and kindness they provided. Visitation: 6:00pm to 9:00pm with a Memorial Service at 7:00pm on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast.
