It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Young, who was born on October 14, 1954, in Eupora, Mississippi. He peacefully left this world on October 14, 2021.

Paul was the beloved son of Elmer and Esteen Young and the loving husband of Ruby H. Young, whom he married in 1974. Together, they were blessed with two children, Dontreze Young (spouse Michelle) and Simonia Catrice Young. Paul was also a proud grandfather to three grandchildren.

Paul attended Eupora High School and graduated in 1972. He furthered his education at Wood College and graduated in 1974. Paul served his country in the Army National Guard and retired in 2003 after many years of dedicated service.

One of Paul's greatest joys in life was spending time with his grandchildren and family. His warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Paul passed away due to surgical complications, leaving a void in the hearts of those who loved him. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will forever live on in our hearts.
