PAUL D. OWENSSebastian , FLSebastian, FL - Owens, Paul David 78 passed away peacefully in his home on September 30, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 25 years, Betty (Faulkner) Owens. He will be lovingly remembered by his fiancee, Sylvia Allen of Sebastian, FL ; his daughters, Diane Poidevant (Lee), Valerie Carrier, Renee Hatcher, Carmen Schultz (Jim) and Donna Dobbs (Ron), and his son, Daniel Owens; also 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Paul was born on January 12, 1939 to George and Myrtle (Gibson) Owens in Trenton, NJ. He was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served our country in the Unites States Navy from his 17th birthday until his retirement in 1976, or as he liked to say "20 years, 8 months, and 7 days". Mr. Owens service will be held at Strunk Funeral Home, 1623 North Central Avenue, Sebastian, Fl 32958 on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
