It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Werkheiser, who was born on May 28, 1956, and passed away on August 9, 2024, in Athens, Georgia, United States.

Paul was the beloved son of Robert and Clara Werkheiser. In 1982, he married the love of his life, Laura Werkheiser, and together they raised three wonderful children, Paul, Melissa, and Kari.

Paul spent much of his life working as a dedicated truck driver until his retirement in 2000. In his free time, he enjoyed attending church services and playing the guitar. His passion for music brought joy to many, and he was always willing to share his talents with others.

Paul will be remembered for his kind and gentle soul, his unwavering dedication to his family, and his love for music. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
