On October 30, 2024, Long Beach, California lost a beloved member of the community with the passing of Patsy Smith, who was born on July 13, 1945. Patsy, known for her infectious laugh and warm smile, lived a life filled with love and laughter.

Patsy is survived by her loving husband, Eddie Smith, whom she married in 1978. Together, they raised three wonderful children, Loretta, Julia, and Tomiko. She adored her family and found immense joy in spending time with them.

Patsy had a passion for baking and her delicious treats brought joy to all who had the pleasure of tasting them. Her chocolate chip cookies were a favorite among her family and friends, and will be dearly missed.

She was a devoted daughter to James and Gertrude Robinson, and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. Patsy's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Although she may be gone, Patsy will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the joy she brought to those around her. Rest in peace, dear Patsy.
