Patrick L. Blake, age 22, passed away on Thursday, February 15th. Born June 11th 1996. Patrick was a kind, gentle soul that touched the lives of many as he sought to change the world with his high hopes and aspirations. Not to mention his immense appetite for success, he stopped at nothing to achieve any set goal and help his friends or anyone else in need. Patrick was a manager at Harrah’s who had just completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality. He had two brothers, a father, and a loving girlfriend.

Funeral services will be held at Leitz Eagan Funeral Homes at 4747 Veterans Boulevard from 12pm - 6pm. All are invited to attend.
