"Pat" Flickinger, 54, died of natural causes Tuesday April 12, 2016, at his home.Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016, at Grace Fellowship Church, 1405 Seven Valleys Road, York 17408. There will be no viewing and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.Pat was born on March 17, 1962, in York, and was a son of the late Freddie W. and Marian V. (Behler) Flickinger.He had been employed as a small engine repair technician with Harvey's Rental in York. Prior to that was self-employed, owning Greensprings Outdoor Services, and had worked in Maintenance with Springfield Township for many years. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.He leaves two daughters, Britani L. Flickinger of Seven Valleys and Brandilee E. Flickinger of Jacobus; two grandchildren, Allizae Armpriester and Camryn Yohe; four sisters, Sheila M. Ketterman of Seven Valleys, Sharon L. Stauffer of Thomasville, Bonnie L. Garland of York, and Mary J. Kern of Red Lion; and a brother, Fredric B. Flickinger of Mesa, Ariz.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Geiple Funeral Home,, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, PA 17327 to help defray funeral costs.
