Patricia "Pat" Anne Lowry GlasgowMANSFIELD: Patricia Anne Glasgow passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 30, 2017 in her home at The Waterford of Mansfield.Pat was born on February 21, 1932 in Cleveland. She graduated from Lakewood High School, Class of 1950 where she played basketball and ran track.On June 21, 1952 she married Thomas "Tom" Glasgow who preceded her in death on July 3, 1996.Pat was a stay-at-home mom for 18 years. She was a beautiful seamstress and she enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She worked at Grange Insurance and Richland County Children Services before being employed by the City of Mansfield where she worked in various departments including the Sign and Signal Department and the Waste Water Treatment Plant. She retired with 20 years of service. After retirement she volunteered for the Preservation of the Ohio State Reformatory, Med Central Hospital and the Renaissance Theatre.She is survived by her children Linda (Ed) Volz of Lexington, and Tim (Nancy) Glasgow of Loxahatchee, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brian (Jeanne) Volz of Uniontown, Matt Volz of Bellville, Laurie (Eric) Griffin of Lexington and Alexa Glasgow of Boca Raton, FL. Other survivors include 5 great grandchildren Hailey, Hannah & Carter Griffin, Emery Volz and Lauren West. She is also survived by 2 step-grandchildren, 5 step-great grandchildren, a sister-in-law, 3 nephews and 1 niece. In addition to her husband Tom, she was preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Isabelle Lowry Nolan, her 2 brothers, a sister-in-law and 2 nephews.In honoring Pat's wishes public services will not be observed. A private family service will be held in Mansfield Memorial Park, where Pat will be laid to rest with her late husband, Tom. Memorial contributions may be made to The Waterford of Mansfield or Kindred Hospice of Mt.
