Gottbrecht, Patricia Ann 87, died peacefully on Monday September 26th in Glendale, Arizona. Patricia was born on February 22, 1929 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Gus and Faye Smith. At 21, Patricia married James Douglas Gottbrecht and went on to raise two sons Randy and John. In 1961 Patricia and James moved to Whittier, California where they began a new chapter in their lives. Patricia enjoyed her time as an Office Manager for Dr. Nicoli in Whittier. Pat loved her bridge clubs in Sun City West and playing the piano for family members and at holiday functions. Patricia loved to cook (especially at Thanksgiving!), arts and crafts, antiques, good books, Hollywood musicals, and traveling with Jim. Patricia also enjoyed her time of fellowship at Hillcrest Congregational Church in La Habra, California. Patricia felt she had a beautiful and loving life filled with family and friends. Pat Gottbrecht is survived by her two sons, Randy and John, daughter-in-laws Kathy and Michelle, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Patricia Ann Gottbrecht….. May She Rest In Peace.
