It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Parker Canant, who left this world on November 8, 2024, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Born on May 26, 2001, Parker was the beloved child of Les and Darrah Bateman.

Parker was a graduate of Kennedy High School, class of 2019. He was a dedicated employee at KLLC and brought smiles to everyone he met. His hobbies included playing baseball and skateboarding, which he pursued with passion and joy.

Although Parker had no children of his own, he leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love that will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Rest in peace, Parker. Your spirit will live on in our memories forever.
