Pamela Susan Witt Callahan, 62, of Galax, died Oct. 4, 2016, at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was born on March 16, 1954, in Wythe County, to Clarence Eugene and Wanda Lillian Patterson Witt.She is survived by her daughter, Summer Noel Umberger of Dugspur; three grandchildren, Logan Umberger, Ryder Umberger and Gavin Umberger; sisters and brother-in-law, Deanna Pennington and Dreama Bullins of Galax, Michele and Samuel Shockley of South Mills, N.C., Jody Smith of Easley, S.C., and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be private for the family.
