CEDARVILLE — Otto Castle Jr., 70, of Cedarville passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, June 16, 2014. He was born on August 18, 1943, the son of the late Otto Sr. and Dorothy Castle. Otto is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Sylvia (Crosthwaite); daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Ron Wood; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Janie Castle; step-children and spouses, Valerie and Jim Carr and John and Karen Toft; grandchildren, Brandon, Randi, Kelsey, Justin, Nathan, Andrea, Austin, Shannon, Katelyn, Eric and Brittany; great-grandchildren, Skylar, McKenzie, Aaiden, Toby, Rylan, Tatum, Isabella, Colton and Kevin; siblings, Joann Stevens, Linda Cavins, Robert Lee Castle and Tonya Dye; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to give special thanks in time of need to Jim and Ella (Cricket) Darby. He is preceded in death by his step-son, Kevin Toft and sister, Joy Borders. Otto owned C&S Concrete for over 30 years. Otto loved spending time with his family and friends, talking about trucks, drinking coffee and watching the Red's play baseball. Otto also attended the Cedarville Nazarene Church for many years. He was a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa that will be deeply missed. Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at JACKSON LYTLE & LEWIS LIFE CELEBRATION CENTER where services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Massie Creek Cemetery, Cedarville.
