It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Otis Bluett on July 17, 2024, in Shannon, Mississippi, United States.

Otis was born on June 1, 1942, and lived a fulfilling life surrounded by the love of his partner, Mary Francis Bluett. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Mary Louise Smith and Rosemary Hill.

Otis was a devoted father and grandfather, always putting his family first. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will be carried on by his children and five grandchildren.

Otis will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
