Born on March 30, 1983, Optali was the loving child of Esperanza Lopez, brother to Cristian Diaz, Natali Hernandez and Christina Lopez. Uncle to Abraham, Abygail, Allyson Hernandez and Mariya Elena Diaz.

Optali leaves behind a precious legacy in the form of his son, Matthew James Diaz. His dedication and love for his son knew no bounds, and his memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.

Optali lived life to the fullest, embracing every moment with a passion that was contagious to all who crossed his path.
