Nelda Davis, of Monroe, Louisiana, passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 67. She was born on May 8, 1958, to Anthony and Cheyenne Davis.

Nelda is survived by her beloved children Brenda and Freddie, as well as her two grandchildren. She was a loving mother and grandmother who always put her family first.

Nelda attended West Monroe High School and graduated in 1978. She later pursued a career as a local food truck driver, where she brightened the days of many with her warm smile and delicious meals.

Aside from her work, Nelda had a passion for reading, drawing, and simply being the best person she could be. She had a kind heart and always looked out for others.

Nelda Davis will be remembered for her infectious laugh, her caring nature, and her unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
