He was born on December 25, 1924 in Santa Paula, CA and was a lifelong resident of Ventura County.He served in the U.S. Army as a medic and owned a barber shop in Ventura for 32 years before becoming a custodian for the County of Ventura. He was an avid golfer. He is survived by his wife Lucy of 64 years of Camarillo, and 7 children: Tony, Laura, Vincent, Marissa, John, Diego & Michelle and Stephanie Garcia and remaining sister Concha Carrillo, of Saticoy, 15 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren and longtime friend Martin Vasquez of Oceanside CA.He was preceded in death by his parents Vicente and Petra Garcia, Brother William and Sisters Lola Calzada, Lupe Robles and son Robert.We would like to extend our gratitude to Livingston Memorial Hospice services and to Camarillo Health care center.A Funeral Mass will be held for Natividad N. Garcia on Friday December 9, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 427 North Oak Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060 at 10:00am. A Graveside Service will follow at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery, 380 Cemetery Road, Santa Paula, CA 93060.
