Nathaniel Mulligan JR, 48, passed on April 27, 2021. He was born to Nathaniel Mulligan and Jacqueline Walker in Brooklyn, New York on April 24, 1973.
Together they raised 3 children Ashanti Hylton, Nyasia Mulligan, Najhir Mulligan. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Nathaniel graduated from Beach Channel high school and received a degree from the years later he enrolled into College.
