Natasha Bianca Rucks-Mincey, age 50, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on July 29, 2025. Born on January 12, 1975, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of Larry Rucks and the late Sandra Scott (née Rucks).

She was a proud graduate of Commerce High School, and later continued her education at the Community College of Lincoln County, Mississippi. Natasha worked at Northside Hospital for 20 years, and most recently served as a lead teacher at a Christian preschool, where her compassion and dedication touched countless young lives.

She was married to Herbert Junior Mincey, who preceded her in death in 2017. As a mother, Natasha was deeply involved in her children’s lives, serving as an active PTA member and classroom volunteer. She founded the Facebook group "Notes by Nat" on August 24, 2023, where she courageously educated and supported others living with an ostomy. Passionate about language and service, she had begun taking American Sign Language (ASL) classes with hopes of becoming a translator.

A devout Christian, Natasha was known for her faith, kindness, and resilience.
