Nancy Woodruff, 77, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on October 12, 2024. She was born on March 30, 1947 in Corning New York. Nancy was an incredible nurse for 37 years. Nancy grew up in a close-knit family where she learned the values of kindness, compassion, and hard work. Her parents were La' Verne and Virginia Carson. Nancy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Known for her kind heart and loving spirit. She had a passion for spending time with her family. Her late husband JoLee J. Woodruff, her daughter Tanya Lightner of Spring Hill and her husband Robert Lightner and grandchildren Justin Putt, Brittany Putt, Matthew Lightner, Breanna Lightner, Robert Lightner Jr. and Samantha Lightner, and great grandson Keegan Putt - preceded in death, Nancy always found joy in the simple things in life. Nancy will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her love for animals, and her unwavering optimism. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace, always cherished and never forgotten.
