He is survived by his loving daughter, Ayana Austin, who attended Franklin K. Lane High School. Mr. Austin was the son of William M. Sr. Austin and JoAnn (Irvins) Austin.
Mr. Austin had a passion for electronics and music, and spent much of his free time indulging in these hobbies.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
