Moshiur Rahman Mubin, 69, passed on September 11, 2019. He was born to Mostafa Rahman and Alaya khatun on November 10, 1993.

Moshiur graduated from Noakhali Boys Highschool in 2009 and received a degree from the Noakhali Premier College in 2011.
