It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Montrail Diggs, beloved son, brother, friend, and cherished member of the Smithfield community. Montrail was born on January 10, 2001, in Smithfield, Virginia, and tragically left this world on July 25, 2023, at the young age of 22.

Montrail was a remarkable young man whose presence illuminated the lives of those around him. His infectious smile and vibrant personality instantly drew people in, and his genuine kindness and compassion touched countless hearts. He possessed a magnetic aura that made him instantly approachable, and his warm and caring nature made everyone feel valued and loved.

Montrail will forever be cherished and deeply missed by his adoring parents, Sheila & Domonique Boone and Brian & Tiffany Diggs; his loving siblings, and his countless friends and acquaintances. His departure has left a void that cannot be filled, but his memory will live on in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
