It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Monique Duncan, who peacefully left this world on August 8, 2024, in Florence, South Carolina, United States.

Born on June 27, 1963, Monique was the beloved daughter of Chuck Carwile and Jeanine Verdia. She was a loving mother to her three children: Sharicka Woods (spouse Micheal Woods), Clarissa Duncan (spouse Levern Johnson), and James Duncan. Monique was also a cherished grandmother to 12 grandchildren, Marlaysia, Jadia, Meleak, Micheal, Myesha, Kijavious, Lyricc, Harmoni, Ja'iden, Jahiem, Jakoby, Ja' Niyla.

Monique will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love and support for her family. She touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
