Miriam Louise Hawn1932-2016Miriam Louise Hawn, 83, passed away on September 14, 2016 in Pasadena, Texas. Miriam was born on December 22, 1932 in Houston, Texas. Miriam is preceded in death by her husband Lynn C Hawn. She is survived by her son Gary and spouse Claudia, daughter Denise Bales, daughter Linda Hawn, son Charles and spouse Trudy, grandchildren Jesse Bales and Fiancée Jodi Ferguson, Miriam Schoen and spouse Michael, Chad Hawn and spouse Naomi, Chase Hawn, Charli Ann Schoonover and spouse Eric, great grandchildren Ian, Ember and Kyle and her siblings Margie Caruso, Joe Andrews and spouse Shirley as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Miriam was a member of South Avenue Baptist Church and Shell Retirees Club. She was also a senior Olympic gold medalist in Jacks. The visitation will begin be at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, Houston, Texas on Sunday, September 18, 2016 from 5pm-9pm. The funeral service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in Houston, Texas on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 10am.
