Milton Rives Bracey IIIFebruary 23, 1963 - October 13, 2016Milton passed away on Thursday, October 13 at his home in Rancho Cucamonga following a brief illness. Milton was born on February 23, 1963 in Upland to and Milton and Linda Bracey Jr. He attended Upland High School and Chico State University. During high school and following college he worked in the family construction business. Milton started working in the event planning and catering business in Los Angeles in the mid-80s. In 2004, he founded GMR Events with Robert Perry. Milton loved serving his clients and seeing the beautiful events they had planned come to life. Milton is survived by his parents, Linda and Milton Bracey Jr.; sister, Beth (Mat) Partridge; nieces, Jill and Jennie Partridge; paternal grandmother, Jane Bracey; and many friends. Milton was a loving and caring friend to all and he will be greatly missed.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 5 at 2 pm at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Upland.
