Mildred Morrison Gaylor98, of Carmel, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017. She was born on August 7, 1919 in Tipton County, IN, daughter of Earl and Sylvia Morrison.                             Survivors include her children, Barbara (Tom) Rumer and, John R.
