Nichols, Mildred Anna Wolf,96, of Powhatan, VA, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, July 31, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 23, 1921, in Spencer Co., Indiana to Ludwig Von Wolf and Kunniegunda Leistner Wolf. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Carl Edward Nichols. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her devoted son, Ronald and his wife, Sharon; her beloved grandson Jeffrey and his wife Cindi and her very special great-grandchildren, Bethany and Travis, all of Powhatan. She is also survived by her youngest sister, Etheleen Wolf Culver of Louisville, KY and several nephews. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, 2315 N. Parham Rd. Henrico, Va. where the funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2017. Visitation with family and friends at the church will take place one hour prior to the funeral service.
