Michelle Smith, beloved resident of Chicago, Illinois, passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 46. She was born on May 8, 1978, to the delight of her parents, who were probably just relieved she wasn't born on Friday the 13th.

Michelle attended Percy L Julian High School, where she excelled at avoiding homework and perfecting the art of passing notes in class. She went on to have a successful career as a CTA bus driver, proving that she had excellent skills in both dodging traffic and dealing with unruly passengers.

After retiring in 2013, Michelle could often be found belting out tunes in karaoke bars around the city. She may not have had the voice of an angel, but she sure knew how to have a good time.
