Michael McColgan, born on June 24, 1965, passed away on November 18, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. He was the beloved son of Walter and Jeanette McColgan.

Michael is survived by his loving daughter, Monique McColgan, who was the light of his life and his step daughter Dominique Warren. He was also a cherished grandfather to eight grandchildren. Michael leaves behind his two sisters Patsy and Margaret Mary and a brother Billy. He will also be missed by his cousins and nieces and his long life best-friend / ex- wife JoAnna.

Michael attended South Philadelphia High School, and community college of Philadelphia where he excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. After graduating, he pursued a career at SEPTA, where he worked diligently for many years and was very dedicated.

Michael will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering dedication to his family. He touched the lives of everyone he met and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
