This obituary is administered by:

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mercedes Alexander, who left this world far too soon on November 2, 2024. Born on Valentine's Day in 2006, Mercedes brought love and laughter to all who knew her.

Mercedes, also known as cedes by her friends, was a long-time resident of Tyler, Texas. She was the daughter of Dennis and Ashely Alexander, who may have passed down their mischievous sense of humor to their beloved daughter. She also had a second family Willow, Jodi, and Will that also will remember her in a way of a daughter…

Mercedes worked at Walmart for many years, finally quitting in 2024. She will be fondly remembered by her colleagues for her quick wit and infectious laugh.

When she wasn't busy working, Mercedes enjoyed spending time with her friends, often found bowling strikes and spares or just hanging out and having a good time. Her vibrant personality and zest for life will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Mercedes leaves behind no children, but she leaves behind a legacy of joy and laughter that will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.

Mercedes's life was tragically cut short by a bad car accident, a reminder to us all to cherish every moment we have with those we love.

Rest in peace, Mercedes. We will miss your infectious smile and your laughter that could light up any room.

You can to the family or in memory of Mercedes Alexander.
