Melvin Johnson, beloved son of Terrance Johnson Sr. and Macey Johnson, was born on June 3, 1992, in Miami, Florida. He passed away on December 24, 2025, in Miami, Florida.

He is survived by his partner Kimika Lewis and their two children, Tamera Johnson and Mercedes Johnson. Sister Crystal Johnson Rose , Sister Jasmine Johnson Brothers Mark and Terrance Johnson . Melvin graduated from Lakeland High School in 2010. Melvin was a dedicated employee at Rooms to Go and also lent his time to help organize events at the local gym.

Outside of work, Melvin enjoyed spending time fishing. He will be remembered for his warm heart and infectious smile.

Melvin's life was tragically cut short due to a shooting incident. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
