Melinda (Lyon) MartinVentura, CAMelinda Martin, age 61 of Ventura. California, passed away at home on March 20, 2017. She was born on January 27, 1956 in Ventura, California. She suffered from Type II Diabetes & Congestive Heart Failure, which caused her unexpected & sudden death. Melinda worked and loved her job in Accounts Receivable at Gibbs International for 17 years.She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Lyon & son, Danny Martin. She is survived by her daughter & best friend, Stephanie Martin (Jim), mother Beth Lyon, sisters Cindee Holt (Jim), Tina Poolman (Dave) & Lori Hahn (Casey). Melinda was a wonderful aunt & great aunt to many nieces & nephews. Melinda would want us to thank our cousin Gene Fuller for always being there for her & helping her out tremendously.
