Megan Manley (Peroutka) of Wright City, Missouri, passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 38. She was born on June 26, 1987, to her mother Melissa Johnston. Megan is proceeded in death by her father Douglas Karl Peroutka her brother Danny Lee Peroutka and Grandmother Sheryl Lynn Herriotte .

Megan is survived by her partner, Michael Collier, Sister Jessica Burke & Clayton Burke and her daughter Gracie Peroutka along with her brothers Kyle Peroutka & Amanda Peroutka & Joseph Chasteen her grandparents Richard and Carolyn Helton Uncke’s mark Peroutka & Michelle Peroutka and her great aunt Ann Wooters , Dorthy Robertson & George Robertson plenty of cousins and friends but most of all is her precious baby girl Gracie Leigh Peroutka she was Megan’s whole world . Megan studied at Wright City R2 High School and graduated in 2005

Despite facing a tough battle with ovarian cancer, Megan approached life with a smile on her face and a contagious sense of humor. She had a way of brightening up any room she entered and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance in Megan's honor.
