Maybell Ruff, 73, of Thomson, Georgia, passed on August 09, 2023. Maybell was born on January 01, 1950. She passed peacefully on Wednesday, August 9th 2023 at the age of 73 surrounded by her loving family in her home. 

She was preceded in death by her son Willis Ruff , brother, Errol Stegall, and sister, Daphne Elliston.

She is survived by her husband, Winston Ruff; son, Willis Ruff; daughters, Nadin Clark and Clair Perry; two supporting siblings; thirteen loving and caring grandchildren; three wonderful great grandchildren and extended family to include aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Maybell's fighting spirit and strength endured throughout many childhood illnesses, her treatment for pancreatic cancer, multiple open-heart surgeries, and a brain aneurysm.

She was considered the matriarch of the family. She was supportive, giving and caring to all those around her. She was our shoulder to lean on and was always willing to lend an ear.

Maybell married the love of her life, Winston on 28 December 1985. She was a supporting wife, a wonderful mother, grandmother, a home maker, and an entrepreneur in event planning/coordinating.
