On January 9, 2022, the East Boston community lost a bright light with the passing of Max Calvo at the age of 13. Born on January 1, 2009, Max was known for his infectious smile and kind heart. He brought joy to those around him with his playful spirit and love for life. Max had a passion for learning and exploring the world around him, always eager to try new things and make lasting memories with friends. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to have crossed paths with him. Rest in peace, Max.
