BRANNONMavis R. Mavis R. Brannon, age 88, of Temperance, MI, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Magnum Monroe Healthcare. She was born on August 29, 1928 to George and Eliza (Gould) Bryant in Newport, South Wales. Mavis was a lifetime member of the American Legion Joseph Diehn Ladies Auxiliary Post #468, Sylvania. She enjoyed playing Bingo, crocheting, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Earl Sr. Mavis is survived by her loving sons, Earl Jr. and Phillip (Mary) Brannon; beloved dog, Bailey; granddaughters, Sherri and Caylynn (James); grandsons, Earl III and Mark (Nicole); step-grandson, Paul; great-grandchildren, Colleen, Jessica, Faith, Arthur, Rhiannon, Carson, Tony, Christian and Mackenzie; great-great-grandchildren, Lilly Mae, Presley and Brinley.The family will receive guests on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W.
