Maureen Jan Williams, 58, of New Carlisle, IN passed away September 9, 2019.
She was born to the late Elizabeth and Lester Bell on July 5, 1961, in Michigan City, IN. Maureen graduated from Elston high school in 1980. She was a loving housewife of Rodney Williams and mother of three: Teresa (Travis) Vinson, Kevin Williams, and Cynthia (Zeth) Wolfenbarger. Grandmother to five: Kevin Vinson, Xavier Vinson, Ayrianna Vinson, Jayden Vinson, and Alexis Williams. Survived by her siblings: Barbara Fisher, Sue (Edward) Kahn, Steve (Tammy) Bell, Beth (Kevin) Kepcha, Patrick Bell, Les (Beth) Bell, and Judy Wainman. Proceeded in death by her brother Melvin Dwayne Bell.
She enjoyed bingo, card games, game shows, carnivals and musicals. She and Rodney would take long drives on his off days from work to see the surrounding towns.
She will be cremated at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral home.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 14th 2019 at Full Gospel Church 2700 Ohio St. Michigan City, IN 46360. Visitation with the family will start at noon, the service will start at 1pm with a luncheon to follow.
