Matthew Harris, 40, of Seattle, Washington, passed, his body washed up on the coast of Baja California, Mexico on August 19, 2023. Officials state he has evidence on his person of a recent trip to Medellin, Columbia. Matthew was born on February 16, 1983. Records show an eventful, if less than productive life. He will be survived by his Daughter. Nobody has moved to claim his body officials have tagged it for disposal on the 25th
